The staff, especially the man from India working at the front desk on Sunday June 11, were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They even let me extend my checkout time. it was the perfect place for me to get ready for my wedding and spend my wedding night.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating, especially the man from India who worked at the front desk on Sunday June 11. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the king suite with a separate sitting room was a lovely feature. The pocket door in the bedroom helped reduce noise and light, creating a pitch black room for good sleep. The staff even provided decaf coffee and extra tea when the coffee bar was put away. Nova, who helped us check in, was an absolute ray of sunshine. The location was perfect and the meal in the restaurant was delicious, especially the spicy edamame.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and one individual even went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. They offered me a complimentary upgrade to a luxurious suite with a kitchen that was well-equipped, complete with dishes, a drying rack, and soap. It was a pleasant surprise as not all suites provide these amenities. The food from the hotel restaurant was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed ordering a dish that was inspired by the local cuisine.
