We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The facilities were top-notch, including the steam sauna shower and the rooftop hot tub. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the downtown activities and the famous Falls. The hotel even provided complimentary breakfast at a local bakery, where we enjoyed delicious fresh bagels with homemade jam.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I loved that they had pet-friendly rooms. The room amenities were fabulous, and the in-suite jacuzzi and steam shower were a luxurious touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ben who provided great advice for places to visit in Nelson and gave me ski tips for nearby Whitewater. The room itself was neat and stylish, with nice lighting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great little boutique hotel at the edge of the CBD. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, good wifi. European-sized rooms but American-sized bath. Central common guest lounge and fantastic rooftop patio with beautiful views. Plethora of dining options nearby. Genuinely friendly staff.

The value for money at the Savoy was incredible. The room was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and the shower was like something out of a spaceship! The location was perfect, with no traffic noise and a beautiful rooftop for sunset photos. The staff, especially Steve at the front desk, were knowledgeable and accommodating. Can't wait to return!
