The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I loved that they had pet-friendly rooms. The room amenities were fabulous, and the in-suite jacuzzi and steam shower were a luxurious touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ben who provided great advice for places to visit in Nelson and gave me ski tips for nearby Whitewater. The room itself was neat and stylish, with nice lighting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient and vibrant downtown area, with plenty of fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and modern, offering a comfortable and pet-friendly environment. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and providing helpful service. The bathrooms are well-maintained, with luxurious features like heated floors and high-tech showers.

The lounge upstairs could have been better replenished, with some items not being restocked during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the city. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Additionally, the free parking provided by the hotel was a great convenience.

Great location near downtown stores and restaurants. Modern room with original brick building touch. Bathroom features heated floors, towel racks, and invigorating shampoo and conditioner. Comfortable bed, good TV, and spacious room. Excellent, friendly and helpful reception service made our stay special. Brought our bags to the room. Rooftop hot tub and second-floor sauna available.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring all the downtown activities. It was close to the Friday street market and within walking distance to a local bakery that served up excellent fresh bagels with homemade jam. I loved being in the heart of the action.

The location was convenient and we appreciated the free parking. there were a couple of nice extras included, like complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi. the hotel was also close to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

Great little boutique hotel at the edge of the CBD. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, good wifi. European-sized rooms but American-sized bath. Central common guest lounge and fantastic rooftop patio with beautiful views. Plethora of dining options nearby. Genuinely friendly staff.
