The staff was incredibly attentive and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife. The hotel is dedicated to luxury and exceptional service. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The fitness facility and pool were top-notch, offering state-of-the-art equipment. The city view from the suites was breathtaking, thanks to the large, high-ceiling windows. There is also a blow dry bar in the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

Upon checking in, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. They took the time to personally show me to my room and familiarize me with the room's amenities, including the heating/cooling system. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made me feel valued as a guest.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La for a girls' weekend with my daughter. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, creating a wonderful ambiance in the lobby and room. The evening transformation of the lobby was impressive. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa, gym, and a relaxing pool area. The concierge service was fantastic, making restaurant reservations and providing great theater suggestions. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Toronto for a couple of days. The hotel's attention to detail and famous hospitality left me impressed. Despite arriving late at night, the Night Manager went out of his way to provide a small gesture of a pot of Jasmine Tea in my room. This showed true five-star service. The location of the hotel is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The entire staff, including the concierge, was professional and friendly, and they even remembered my name. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable.

I stayed at Shangri-La for a lovely Christmas getaway. The spa/gym was excellent and the live music in the lobby was great. BOSK restaurant served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast. The suite rooms were nice and large with a pull out couch for guests if required. The bathrooms were beautiful and the view of the CN Tower from the corner room was spectacular. The staff were courteous and the location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions and dining options.

The hotel provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us by name and made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a full suite, which was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we needed, including an iPad and a Nespresso machine. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions like the Museum of Fine Arts and the Eaton Mall. It was also convenient for transportation, with subways and buses nearby.

We had to wait for a valet attendant and then had to ask about the parking fees instead of being provided with proper customer service. This experience dampened our mood and made us question whether we would feel comfortable having our wedding at the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. the bed was also quite comfortable.

The room was quite small and cramped with little natural light. the bathroom was also tiny and cramped, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.

The hotel had clean rooms, great facilities, and a convenient location in the center of the city, just a short walk from the subway station.
