Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with everything we needed. the location was key, with many attractions within walking distance.

There were a few downsides. the lobby was quite busy and noisy, which could be overwhelming at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's business district and across from the old City Hall. From here, I was able to easily explore all the entertainment venues Toronto has to offer. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always ready to help, even going as far as getting me coffee from a nearby café when I left my jacket in my room. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows that provided a restful night's sleep. The view from the 27th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the iconic Toronto sign at Nathan Phillips Square. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great downtown location near shops, restaurants & entertainment. Friendly, helpful staff & comfortable beds. Superb lobby with lovely glassed waterfall, tables for people-watching, working or enjoying the view. Quiet atmosphere, no door slamming nor loud housekeeping staff in the morning. a wonderful experience!

My husband and I recently spent our wedding night at Sheraton. The lady at check-in was sweet, allowing us a late check-out with no extra charge. The room was huge with an incredible city skyline view. The staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service. And the surprise of Dee Snyder and Taylor Dane singing a Christmas carol in the lobby was pleasantly surreal.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable rooms and great air conditioning. The view from our room was spectacular, and we enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sights. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, catering to various budgets. it was a great stay and a perfect location for us.

The staff were fantastic, from the cafe baristas to the bellmen. The hotel's location is close to most tourist attractions and all the must-sees. The breakfast was top-notch with a good variety and quality food. we had a great experience.

Plus, the subway and underground walking route are just steps away, making it easy to explore the city regardless of the weather. the rooms are spacious, quiet, and always clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
