We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed with clever hidden storage. The location was perfect, just steps away from 5th Avenue and all its attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options.

Beautiful open architecture, outstanding location near the center of activity. Spacious "Ocean View" room with top-of-the-line equipment. Nice and helpful staff. Big and clean pool. Good breakfast and highly recommended restaurant.

The Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen had a top-notch service with exceptionally gracious and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores on 5th Avenue. The room with two queen size beds was spacious and the porch/balcony had a lovely view. The architecture and design were spectacular.

I loved the hotel's location right on the beach. It was so convenient to have direct access to the beach from the hotel. Plus, being outside of 5th Avenue made it quieter and more relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel design was amazing, with excellent attention to detail and decoration. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel's close proximity to the main pedestrian street, 5th Avenue, made it easy to explore the area. The complimentary Nespresso machine and good teas were a nice touch. As low-budget travelers, we loved the central location and easy access to the beach. The hotel layout was not ideal, but the pools and beach were great for relaxation. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Easy access to Cozumel was a bonus.

The Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Resort exceeded all expectations with their impeccable staff, beautiful location, and amazing amenities including a stunning pool and good gym. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and personalized omelets. The crew, Blanka and David, were kind and lovely, truly making the stay unforgettable.
