the room was spacious with unexpected amenities like a large fridge and microwave. easy on-site parking and close to restaurants and shops. the lobby was stunning with a lovely green space atrium. pet friendly with a $50 fee. clean room with a great harbor view. pool, hot tub, and sauna were enjoyable, and the restaurant served delicious food. comfortable beds, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff made for a relaxing staycation. highly recommend.

The hotel was conveniently located just down the street from popular attractions such as Signal Hill and with easy access to the ocean. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel had facilities like free parking and water bottles available. it was a great place to stay in Newfoundland.

The elevators were under maintenance during my visit, resulting in longer wait times and inconvenience.

One of the highlights of my stay at Sheraton was the exceptional customer service. Despite a medical emergency diverting our flight, the staff at the hotel handled the situation with utmost courtesy and good humor. They quickly checked in several hundred tired and hungry guests, and even rustled up a delicious breakfast and buffet lunch within hours. The rooms were also well-appointed, warm, and impeccably clean. Departing, the manager personally greeted each guest and wished us well. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

Spacious room, great facilities , effective AC, comfy bed, awesome harbor view. Kathleen and connoisseur were friendly and helpful. Evenings meals were tasty with generous portions.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right at the harbour and on the St. John's waterfront. I was able to walk to most of downtown, which made exploring the city so convenient. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the prompt room service. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were so lovely.

Fantastic Location, Amazing Staff. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to have a romantic escape. the location is key, with stunning views of the river on one side, and colorful houses on the other. There's also a good range of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the staff are truly amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. They always had great tips on where to explore and dine in the area.

Lack of variety in the food. While the restaurant and bar were cozy and convenient to dine in, the food menu did not have enough variety for my tastes.
