The staff at Sheraton Vancouver Airport went above and beyond during my stay. When I encountered a problem with my room's USB port, they promptly sent maintenance to fix it. They were helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The a la carte breakfast was superb , spacious room, comfortable bed, quick room service with great quality of food, well-appointed room, clean and well-lit bathroom with good quality towels and toiletries.

The staff at this venue are very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the room service and dry cleaning services, which made my stay even more convenient. The free airport shuttle was also a great perk, making transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.
