The hotel's decoration is so lovely, with light colors and beautiful furniture. All the general areas were very well maintained, clean, and spacious. The hotel had easy accessibility for senior people, with ramps and elevators to make it easier to navigate.

Would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of offering help with luggage and providing guidance on local attractions for senior guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel that was close to all the action but still provided a quiet getaway. the rooms were surprisingly quiet, even on a busy Saturday night, and once inside the hotel gate, we heard no noise at all. the staff at Maya Villa Condo Hotel And Beachclub were excellent, especially the concierge who gave us great advice. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we also enjoyed access to a nice gym nearby. we were very impressed and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying at this place! The location was excellent, right off the main touristic walking street but surprisingly quiet. It was so convenient being close to everything, one block off the beach and near the clubs. The staff were super friendly and lovely, always willing to help. They were very accommodating and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know our preferences and recommending options for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace. our experience here was amazing and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The penthouse exceeded our expectations! The staff was extremely helpful. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless, and housekeeping is very responsive. The property is close to everything, right between 5th Avenue and the beach but tucked away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautifully designed apartments were spacious and felt like home. The gecko swimming pool and warm hot tub were a great addition and we were able to enjoy them in peace. The wifi connection was excellent, allowing us to video call home while the family watched Netflix on the smart TV. The location of this hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the main street, the beach, a big supermarket, and a bank. It was also easy to walk from the bus station and close to Cancun Airport for easy transportation.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just around the block from La Quinta Avenida, close to everything. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard view. The staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent.

The noise from the nearby clubs made it difficult to sleep at night.

We stayed at Maya Villa Condo Hotel And Beachclub and had a fantastic time. The condo we stayed in, unit 407, was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and Avenida 5th. We also enjoyed access to the Playa Villa pool and nearby beach clubs. The service was excellent, and we had the condo refreshed every day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location of the hotel is superb, just steps from the beach. Nearby are Hilton and other good hotels, ensuring a clear and secure beach. The main pedestrian street with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars is just around the corner. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing for a convenient self-catering option. Big supermarkets are also within easy reach. Water is provided for free in the room, and there are options for coffee as well. The hotel has its own pool, and guests are also allowed to use the pool in the adjacent hotel. A perfect balance of location, comfort, and price.

We had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel for our family vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the clubs, food, and shopping, but not too close to be bothersome. The hotel had a beautiful waterfall feature and several plants that made us really "feel" like we were in Mexico. Plus, there was a spa and pool where we could relax and soak up the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved this place! It is perfectly located in the center of all the action. The decorations were beautiful, and the pool, although a little narrow, had a stunning design. The penthouse was spectacular, especially the upstairs terrace with the Jacuzzi and cabana. The ocean view from there was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond, constantly checking in on me and assisting with whatever I needed. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Fifth Avenue and the beach was ideal. I highly recommend checking out Mamita's beach club.

We had a great time in this city break hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the kitchen and the water cooler was a plus. the location was perfect, really close to the beach and the main street. We also felt safe with the security staff patrolling the area.

The pool was a bit disappointing, it was small and the sunlight didn't reach it much. the rooms had a bit of a moldy smell, which wasn't very pleasant.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making our anniversary/birthday weekend special. The hotel provided fresh water which was a huge perk. The location was great, being centrally located near 5th avenue and close to all the attractions of this city.
