The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a mall, near a beautiful lake, and very close to the international bridge. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are interesting yet functional, with spacious showers and awesome shower heads. The friendly staff provides exceptional service and the breakfast, although lacking vegan options, is better than other hotel breakfasts. The strong WiFi and nice room decor are definite advantages.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was reasonably spacious and clean, and I especially loved that the window opened to let in some fresh air. The location was great, with the hotel being close to the river and within walking distance to the downtown area. The best part was definitely the breakfast, which was hands down the best I had during my road trip. What a pleasant surprise! this hotel offered great value for money and I had a wonderful experience.

The breakfast selection was good, with a nice waffle iron to make your own. They also had fruit, yogurt, faux eggs, and small sausage. The coffee was good, despite it being a little difficult to pour from the large push-top carafe. The staff, including the room cleaners and the general manager, Kelly, were friendly and accommodating. Kelly, in particular, stood out with her excellent customer service and appreciation for her staff.

We recently had a romantic escape in a waterfront hotel. the hotel was situated in a prime location, with beautiful views of the river and close proximity to Tim Hortons and the shopping center. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, making our stay even more enjoyable. the comfortable sleep and bedding provided a cozy atmosphere for our romantic getaway.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, our room did not have a bathtub, which would have been a nice addition to enhance our relaxation experience.

During our Thanksgiving vacation, we had a few good experiences at the hotel we stayed in. we were given two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was really nice. the location was great and we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions. Lastly, we loved the comfortable beds which made our stay enjoyable.

There were some negative aspects of our stay as well. One of the worst things was the unhelpful and rude staff.
