I had such a great time staying at a hotel in Old Montreal. The location was absolutely fantastic, with so many attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was perfect for my kids. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with unlimited croissants, which was a nice bonus. But what really stood out was the exceptional front desk staff. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He even took the time to get to know us and offer tourist information and transportation assistance. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the historic sites and attractions. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Montreal within minutes. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and modern, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One of the main drawbacks of our stay was the difficulty in finding the hotel initially. the hotel's location on a side street surrounded by high-rise buildings made it hard to locate.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Old Montreal on foot. Additionally, the convenience of valet parking made our stay hassle-free. The highlight of our mornings was indulging in the delicious breakfast buffet, complete with a "make your own waffle" option. We also enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the small pool and relaxing in the hot tub, which were available as early as 7:00am. Moreover, the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities like a computer table.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the comfortable beds and the warm and friendly staff. the location of the hotel was also a key advantage, as it was in close proximity to various attractions and provided easy access to explore the city. Additionally, having a pool for the kids was a great advantage, allowing them to relax and unwind after a long day of activities.

One downside we experienced was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear conversations from outside and even our neighbor's alarm in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

This modern hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway in charming Old Montreal. The location was steps away from attractions, dining, and nightlife. The staff were helpful and kind, and the room was spotless and well equipped. Valet parking made the whole process easy. Meanne, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Despite the need for renovations, we will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
