Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located close to several main attractions. It was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysees, and the Arc De Triomphe. There were also many great bakeries and a supermarket nearby. The room was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and had a nice modern design.

The breakfast was not worth the price.

Efficient check-in process, great English-speaking staff. Complimentary afternoon tea with quality coffee and pastries. Convenient location, 5 minutes from Trocadero metro station. Spacious and quiet room with beautiful views. Quick and helpful responses to requests.

I got great value for my money at The Crest Collection. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big bathroom. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more options.

The gym was well-stocked with equipment and the hotel offered tea time with free juices and pastries. We loved the spacious room and the super nice bathroom with "his and her" sinks. we had a great time and will recommend The Crest Collection.

The hotel was a great choice for my Christmas holidays! The complimentary afternoon tea with macaroons was a delight and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect to explore the city, with all the main sites located just a few minutes away on foot. I particularly enjoyed the amazing Christmas lights on the streets nearby.

While the room was nice and comfortable, the lack of a door or curtain for the shower was a bit inconvenient as the water would splash on the bathroom floor. the breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered and we found better options at nearby cafes for half the price.

During my recent stay at La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris, I was impressed with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees, making it easy to explore the heart of Paris. The hotel's proximity to two metro stops also made it convenient for getting around the city.

The room itself, although lacking in some decorations, was comfortable and well-serviced by housekeeping. The breakfast offered a wide array of food and drink choices, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

As women traveling alone, we loved the thoughtful touch of a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our anniversary. The afternoon tea in the lobby every day between 3 and 5 was a great idea, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some delicious treats. The hotel's proximity to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe made it the perfect choice for sightseeing, just a short walk away.

The front desk staff and bellman were all very professional and friendly. Clean hotel. Strong WiFi. Perfect location. Close to Champs-Elysees but not too close. A bar next door and opposite, restaurants nearby. Room is very very big. Some rooms have a view of Tour Effiel. The gatekeeper is very professional and helpful. Slippers available in the room.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was pampered and attended to by the courteous and efficient hotel staff. My room was beautifully appointed; the luxurious amenities were all I could have desired. I was especially impressed with the spa services offered here. The full body massage I received was truly invigorating and left me feeling refreshed and renewed. The garden area was also a great spot for relaxation and reflection.

While my stay at this hotel was largely flawless, there was one minor issue that detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. The in-room breakfast I ordered was not delivered at the scheduled time, leading to some inconvenience that caused me some anxiety.

We had a fantastic stay at The Crest Collection hotel in Paris. The location was perfect, with major tourist sites and public transportation close by. The rooms were a fair size for Paris standards, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the mini kitchenette, complete with a kettle and Nespresso machine. The staff, particularly Rebecca and Olivier, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
