The suite rooms were spacious and comfortable. the hotel provided a free drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the included breakfast had a great variety of cold and hot foods, with plenty of seating options.

The cleaning staff didn't prioritize guests when using the elevators, which caused unnecessary delays. the pillows were on the harder side, not soft like I prefer.

The breakfast at Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise with a great variety of options. Freshly brewed coffee made my mornings delightful. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, especially the suites which had carpeting only in the bedroom. The underground parking was a bit pricey, but it proved to be worth it due to the convenience it offered during bad weather. I had a great stay and would like to thank the hotel for their hospitality.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, putting us super close to great restaurants and everything in the downtown area. One highlight was the easy access to Jack Astor's restaurant. The room was beautiful, with a bed that was super big and super comfy, and a magnifying mirror built into the big mirror with a separate light around it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a surprise parking fee that would have been nice to know beforehand.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently close to the main park and University Hospital. We also found it to be in an area with a great selection of good restaurants.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms at this hotel were fantastic - large and comfy, with two TVs in the bedroom and living room area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite the hot weather outside, the air temperature in the room remained consistently cool. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including Jack Astors right next door. The buffet breakfast and vouchers for free early evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres were a nice bonus. a fantastic choice for families with spacious suites and a pleasant city view.

We felt most welcome during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

my recent stay in london was lovely, but park hotel made it truly special. the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the take away breakfast was excellent. the location was perfect, and the little touches like the fridge and coffee supplies in the room made it even better.

This hotel is in a nice location just off Richmond Row with easy access to Downtown, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are well-appointed with modern rustic quality furniture and basic amenities, including 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The breakfast included in our rate offered many options, which was a great value for money.
