The hotel is located in a nice area of Miami Beach, within walking distance to everything. The proximity to the Miami Beach Convention Center was very convenient. The rooftop terrace was amazing, and they even offered free drinks. The area surrounding the hotel was absolutely fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Lincoln Arms Suites! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the beach and shops. the studio with a complete kitchen was perfect for our family, allowing us to save time and money by cooking quick meals. the room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, with two big, comfortable beds and convenient double reading lights. We also loved having access to the rooftop and the free coffee.

We loved the spacious and well laid out studio apartment. The daily cleaning by the maids was a pleasant surprise, making it feel like a hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a nice area that was quiet and within walking distance to everything - the beach, shopping on Lincoln Road, and other attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and even allowed us to use the return airport shuttle a few days after checking out, which made our travel plans much simpler.

I recently stayed at Lincoln Arms Suites in South Beach for a few nights with a friend. The room was fresh, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The whole place was impeccably furnished and cleaned. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of South Beach but still quiet, away from the noise of Collins and Washington streets. They even offer a free shuttle service to MIA airport. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there were complimentary drinks available at partner hotels nearby from 7-8pm.

The staff at Lincoln Arms Suites was attentive to all my needs and even called to offer cleaning services and schedule airport shuttle services. The hotel is conveniently located just one block away from Collins Ave where there are many restaurants and activities. Plus, the beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. I would definitely book this hotel again.
