My stay at Room Mate Aitana was delightful. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the tea and coffee service as well as the well-stocked bathroom amenities, which added a touch of convenience to my stay. the modern and clean design of the hotel, coupled with its serene location surrounded by water and within walking distance to Amsterdam Central Station, made for a truly serene and pleasant experience.

One minor inconvenience I encountered was the need to request an additional room key on a daily basis. Despite informing the staff not to remove it, it was consistently taken by the cleaning personnel, resulting in repeated requests for a new key.

The location was perfect, close to the central train station and with a wonderful view of the marina. We loved the extended breakfast hours on Sundays, with plenty of healthy and delicious food options to choose from. The Brazilian bartender at the hotel made us laugh and his cocktails were fantastic. the staff, location, cleanliness, and interior of the hotel were all outstanding. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Amsterdam!

The hotel's close proximity to Schiphol Airport, just 20 km away, made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. I recently stayed at Mate Aitana for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions and a safe area. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view from our high floor room overlooking the marina. We didn't even need to visit A'Dam Lookout across the water. I will definitely stay at Mate Aitana again next time I visit.

The room and bathroom were spacious and modern with good drench showers. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, which gave us enough energy for our day. We had an amazing city trip experience! the hotel had two really nice complementary features which were a lovely surprise. the location was great, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and the staff were super friendly. the bed was so comfy and we slept like babies!

The breakfast could have been better organized and less expensive, but there were other options in the area. the only other negative was the check-in desk that had a bit of a chaotic vibe, but the overall experience was still excellent!
