The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and making sure everything is taken care of. The room amenities are top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace offers a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. I especially loved the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance available.

The room was immaculate with a Jacuzzi, steam shower, and excellent bath products. The management made concessions including a free night and parking. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a variety of options like croissants, boiled eggs, granola yogurt, and French Press coffee. The beverage bar in the foyer had infused water and flavored syrups for coffee and tea. The staff were wonderful and the field to table menu at the AG restaurant was delicious.
