This hotel is exactly what we were looking for as friends who are going out at nights. The staff is wonderful, the location is great for day trips, and the gardens and pool are expansive. The room was quiet and had excellent facilities. The restaurant overlooking Vesuvius is a must-visit.

Felt very much at home, no complaint.

We loved the spacious and clean suite with a stunning balcony view of the sea. The room had a large bathroom area, ample storage space, and a comfortable king bed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets and even had a hot tub. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including an omelette bar. The staff was extremely helpful, providing great suggestions for places to visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us in booking transfers and providing us with hydrofoil schedules for our trip to Capri. The food at the hotel was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel facilities were also outstanding, with a lovely heated pool and a beautiful pier into the sea with comfortable sun loungers. The location was perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from the center of the city, away from the tourist chaos but still offering stunning views.

We had a delightful stay at a luxurious hotel with beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was amazing and not to be missed. The hotel's location was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean. we highly recommend this hotel.

We were absolutely blown away by the stunning views at Grand Hotel Ambasciatori. Sitting on the terrace, sipping Prosecco, and gazing out at the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius was a truly magical experience. The gardens were also a delight, with beautiful roses, lemon trees, and a charming pool area. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the town of Sorrento and close to attractions like Pompeii and Capri. The hotel was immaculately clean and our mini suite was well-appointed and luxurious. The pool area had plenty of comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service from the staff was superb - courteous, helpful, and friendly. we had a wonderful romantic holiday and would definitely consider returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious stay.

Best location with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Mount Vesuvius. Easy access to a private beach and outdoor plunge pool for a quick cooldown. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station and a pleasant walk to the main town.

Worst aspects include incorrect address on Google Maps, causing us to drive past the hotel. Additionally, there was quite a bit of noise from the room above us, with furniture being rearranged on a daily basis, causing disturbance early in the morning.

The location, views, and beach were all fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The triple room with its own balcony was perfect for us. The breakfast and housekeeping were excellent.

Beautiful grounds, extraordinary views from restaurant, pool and outdoor bar. Phenomenal view from room. Fantastic swimming areas. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service, clean rooms with nice amenities. Easy walk to downtown. Must do: watch sunset on balcony with Apérol Spritz. Cruise ships to watch, comfortable bed, fresh towels twice daily, chocolates by the bed. Wonderful treat!

We had the most luxurious stay at this ocean-front hotel. The staff provided exclusive amenities, fulfilling our every need. The Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax with a massage, and the outdoor swimming pool had a breathtaking view. The room advantages made us feel like royalty, with accesses to private facilities.

The only minor issue we experienced was the restaurant menu, the dishes weren't up to the standards we expected in such a luxurious venue. However, the breakfast selection was excellent.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was remarkable, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool and a beach club where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The location was perfect - super close to the pier where we could catch hydrofoil boats, and also close to the center of the city and transportation hubs. We loved being able to explore the nearby lemon grove, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely fabulous.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the center of Sorrento. Guests can easily access the warm, clean sea for a relaxing swim. The outside bar area provides a lovely setting to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel offers a private beach club with lift access and a cafe for guests to enjoy.

There is a scaffolding type stand directly opposite the hotel, which obstructs the views of the hills.
