During my recent trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. the hotel offered complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff was attentive and came to our room to check if we needed anything. the location was also great, with easy access to hiking trails and the option to ride up the cable car for a unique mountain top experience.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. the restaurant had a limited menu selection and the buffet breakfast was expensive with dry pastries.

We had an amazing experience here. The location and views were unparalleled, with the hotel situated on the top of a mountain. We loved the convenience of being able to ski directly from the slopes to our room, and the room service was excellent. The staff provided quick service and were friendly and respectful towards everyone. Additionally, the leisure facilities were fantastic, with a relaxing spa and wellness center complete with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage services.

That the restaurant had no vegan options and our food arrived lukewarm, but we would still recommend this place to everyone. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

I had a wonderful stay at a unique lodge on top of the mountain. The ski-in and out made it so easy to get on the slopes and the hotel had great restaurants and bars. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation after a long day of skiing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room size was on the smaller side, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast service at the hotel's restaurant was extremely slow and disorganized, causing delays in our plans for the day.

Room was small but well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a hot water carafe and humidifier. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the snowfall during our stay was magical, creating a beautiful winter wonderland. the well-marked trails provided scenic hikes along lakes and streams. Plus, we were given complimentary ski lift tickets to start our hike. a delightful and unforgettable experience.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects. the hot tub was in poor condition, with tiles coming off, giving it a tired look.

We had a fantastic 10-night stay at a hotel nestled on a hill with breathtaking views. The location, although difficult to get in-and-out with the gondola, was worth it. The staff provided excellent service and made our anniversary trip unforgettable. As a person with gluten-free dietary needs, I appreciated the many options available. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom was small, but clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The hotel was right next to the ski slope, perfect for winter enthusiasts.

The menu at the restaurant became a bit limited after staying for 10 nights.
