I made my way to the closest hotel to the Holy Haram for a recent stay and found myself surrounded by a world of open buffets filled with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Plus, the views of the city and the world's largest mosque were breathtaking. Oh, and if you're ever in need of a foot massage, the Reflexology Health Centre is the place to be! Let's just say, the combination of comfort, convenience. So, I say, why not treat yourself with a stay at this luxurious hotel located in the heart of an iconic city? A British archaeologist with a penchant for exploring the Middle East couldn't resist the allure!

The buffet at Al Fayhaa Restaurant is like a food paradise. The hotel's location is perfect, with stunning views of the Holy Haram. Plenty of recreational activities and modern facilities.

Always returning for its comforts and great staff. They once helped with an insect bite. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and laundry fitted my needs. No pets and no smoking. Perfect for my Christmas stay.

Close to masjid, friendly staff, getting old, each room has two bathrooms. Comfortable room, neatness, near to harram, helpful staff, prompt service, good value for money. Tower 4 and 5 are good choices. Staff is friendly, location is the best, rooms are okay, one room has two washrooms. Steps from Haram, convenient for elderly and disabled, bonus shopping mall and food court.

The Makkah Towers provided stunning 360-degree views of the Kaaba from my spacious room, complete with extra seating. The location near Masjid al-Haram was convenient, and the daily room cleaning service was impeccable.

The elevator situation from the lobby to Tower 2 was a bit confusing, and the rooms were not as clean as expected.

The closest you can be to Haram. Location is great, but air conditioning and elevator wait times were challenging. Despite the room changes, the hotel was good. Mr Nabil Marghalani and the entire staff were humble and helpful. Will stay here again for Umrah.

This venue is highly recommended for people who want to be close to Harram mosque. I stayed in tower 5 and it was very convenient. The staff provided excellent room service and there were many shops and commercial services available here. The kitchenette, mini-bar and electric kettle were great amenities and the human behavior of the staff was very refreshing. Cons: I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I recently stayed at a hotel located very close to the Haram, with a big market inside and outside the tower. The location was perfect, just opposite the Haram. The room and washroom were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff, Muhammad Nadeem, was extremely helpful. Everything was easily accessible, including restaurants, shopping malls, food courts, and a taxi stand.

The staff, especially Mr Ahmed at the reception, were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. the hotel facilities and the proximity to the Holy mosque made my stay truly enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Smooth check-in process at Tower 3, spacious room with great amenities, and delicious breakfast buffet with various options. The hotel was conveniently close to the Grand Mosque and had nice restaurants onsite. The staff, especially Mr Fawzi Azhar and Mr Abdul Azeez, were very helpful, allowing for a late check-out and providing a wheelchair. 🌟 Staff was fantastic, but getting to the basement reception area was a bit inconvenient, and the requested extra bed was not delivered.
