I made my way to the closest hotel to the Holy Haram for a recent stay and found myself surrounded by a world of open buffets filled with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Plus, the views of the city and the world's largest mosque were breathtaking. Oh, and if you're ever in need of a foot massage, the Reflexology Health Centre is the place to be! Let's just say, the combination of comfort, convenience. So, I say, why not treat yourself with a stay at this luxurious hotel located in the heart of an iconic city? A British archaeologist with a penchant for exploring the Middle East couldn't resist the allure!

Tower 5 offered a room with a view directly to the Haram, providing an unbeatable location. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services and complimentary toiletries. the staff, especially Areej, ensured a smooth check-in and accommodated our requests efficiently.

The staff were so considerate and the international buffet breakfast was LUXURIOUS. the room with a view of the mosques was memorable. Would choose again! The breakfast was even better in person than in the photos.

Close to masjid, friendly staff, getting old, each room has two bathrooms. Comfortable room, neatness, near to harram, helpful staff, prompt service, good value for money. Tower 4 and 5 are good choices. Staff is friendly, location is the best, rooms are okay, one room has two washrooms. Steps from Haram, convenient for elderly and disabled, bonus shopping mall and food court.

The Makkah Towers provided stunning 360-degree views of the Kaaba from my spacious room, complete with extra seating. The location near Masjid al-Haram was convenient, and the daily room cleaning service was impeccable.

The elevator situation from the lobby to Tower 2 was a bit confusing, and the rooms were not as clean as expected.

The closest you can be to Haram. Location is great, but air conditioning and elevator wait times were challenging. Despite the room changes, the hotel was good. Mr Nabil Marghalani and the entire staff were humble and helpful. Will stay here again for Umrah.

This venue is highly recommended for people who want to be close to Harram mosque. I stayed in tower 5 and it was very convenient. The staff provided excellent room service and there were many shops and commercial services available here. The kitchenette, mini-bar and electric kettle were great amenities and the human behavior of the staff was very refreshing. Cons: I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location-wise, it couldn't have been better, with its proximity to the Haram making it very convenient for those with special needs. I really appreciated that the room was ready for us when we arrived at 5:00 pm, as it allowed us to settle in quickly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back soon, inshallah!

While my stay was mostly fantastic, I did notice that the staff could benefit from additional training in handling multiple customers. At times, the reception area seemed a bit understaffed, leading to longer wait times.
