We had an exceptional stay at a lodge surrounded by nature. The warm and cozy cabins offered a reprieve from the freezing rain, and the staff even lit a fire for us. The location, close to Sunwapta Falls in the middle of the park, was breathtaking. We even had the opportunity to spot bears nearby. The friendly welcome and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was unbeatable, nestled amongst the mountains on the Icefield Pkwy inside the national park. It was the perfect base for exploring Sunwapta Falls and many other hiking trails. The view from our porch was breathtaking, and we loved watching the birds and animals playing. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness. Christine, in particular, provided us with plenty of information, allowing us to have a memorable wildlife encounter.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful and cosy room that had a fireplace. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the mountains and just 500m from Sunwapta Falls. The staff treated us warmly and the attached restaurant served delicious meals.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The staff truly made me feel important and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was incredibly peaceful and allowed for easy access to both Jasper and the Columbia Icefields. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil getaway in the mountains.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room and gave me vouchers for a free breakfast when they found out it was my honeymoon. The location is perfect, being only a 45-minute drive from Jasper and close to the picturesque waterfalls along the Icefields Parkway. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the option to have a gourmet meal in the middle of a national park. the staff, location, and cleanliness were top-notch.

For the price we paid, Sunwapta Falls Lodge was an excellent value and the cozy room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, nestled in the middle of nature and just a short walk from the beautiful falls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The customer service was excellent! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local sightseeing knowledge. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was absolutely wonderful. the location of the hotel, right off the highway in a beautiful forested area, was truly magical. We also loved the cute cabins with string lights.

The cabins were a bit outdated, but it added to their rustic charm. Some parking spots were inconvenient, but it wasn't a major issue.
