We had an exceptional stay at a lodge surrounded by nature. The warm and cozy cabins offered a reprieve from the freezing rain, and the staff even lit a fire for us. The location, close to Sunwapta Falls in the middle of the park, was breathtaking. We even had the opportunity to spot bears nearby. The friendly welcome and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was unbeatable, nestled amongst the mountains on the Icefield Pkwy inside the national park. It was the perfect base for exploring Sunwapta Falls and many other hiking trails. The view from our porch was breathtaking, and we loved watching the birds and animals playing. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness. Christine, in particular, provided us with plenty of information, allowing us to have a memorable wildlife encounter.

Don't have any issues at all.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful and cosy room that had a fireplace. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the mountains and just 500m from Sunwapta Falls. The staff treated us warmly and the attached restaurant served delicious meals.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located near beautiful Sunwapta Falls. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the parking and transportation options available. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us easy access to the stunning waterfall and other amazing sites nearby. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast exceeded our expectations with its variety and quality. Lastly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.
