We had a fantastic stay at The St. Regis! The staff was friendly and informative, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The restaurant served delicious meals, especially for special occasions like Christmas Eve and Day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and room service was exceptional. The manager, Michael, gave us a warm and welcoming experience, even upgrading us to a beautiful suite. The breakfast and lunch options were outstanding, with healthy choices and even a dedicated kids' menu. we were thoroughly impressed with our stay at The St. Regis Toronto.

We felt completely satisfied and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

The service was outstanding, from the moment we arrived they treated us with bottled water and even offered us umbrellas for our walk around the city. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and trendy restaurants. the room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and amazing views of the city. We also loved the luxurious bathroom amenities, including the TV in the mirror and heated marble floors.

We had a negative experience with the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left a very expensive moisturizer in the bathroom and when I called to request it be mailed to me, it was nowhere to be found.

The staff were kind and helpful, providing a smooth check-in process. The room had clear explanations of its features and there was good communication with staff. The restaurant catered to food allergies and the service was accommodating. Delicious breakfast options and fresh flowers added a special touch to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were absolutely gorgeous, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were modern, clean, and cozy, with stunning views of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered. They provided us with helpful information about the hotel and even accommodated our dietary restrictions at the restaurant. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The parking valet made our stay easy and convenient.

I had the most incredible stay at The St. Regis in Toronto. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday celebration extra special. The room we stayed in was pure luxury, with all the amenities we needed. The bellman even gave us great recommendations for things to do in the city. The infinity pool on the top floor and the beautiful Louis lounge were the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing and luxurious experience.

The decor and presentation of the hotel were exceptional. The service provided by the staff was remarkable. We felt pampered with the bed turned down and towels replaced. The room had perfect lighting and temperature. Our son enjoyed the advanced controls for lighting and drapery.

The one bedroom suite has 2 bath vanities in the ensuite and a separate powder room. The nepresso brews excellent coffee. The turn-in service is a nice touch. The staff is very courteous and makes guests feel welcome. The bed is extremely comfortable.

Over the Christmas holidays, I had the chance to stay at a hotel in downtown Toronto. What I really liked about my stay were the complimentary breakfasts and the spacious rooms. the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooms were also very spacious, which was great because I had brought lots of presents for my family. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was right in the heart of the city, close to shopping centers and tourist attractions.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. First, the hotel staff was not very friendly or welcoming.

We recently spent New Year's at a hotel in the heart of downtown. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the hotel also offered a well, equipped fitness center and a luxurious spa, which was a great way to start the new year.

Our experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. the check, in process was slow and chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff.

Phenomenal staff, pampered from check-in. Excellent restaurant, fresh and comfortable rooms. Fast valet parking, convenient bathroom. Friendly and professional staff. Modern, clean, cozy rooms. Spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, nice city view. Nearby restaurants and shops, easy valet parking.

As young families, we loved the nice swimming pool and the very large, exceptionally comfortable suite. The heated bathroom floor was a great touch. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and made us feel welcome.
