I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, especially if you're flying out of Columbus airport. It only took me 10-15 minutes to get there. The hotel is situated in a quiet area away from traffic, which was really nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to request early check-in and they were able to accommodate me. The breakfast was really good, with hot choices like eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. They even had turkey sausage for those who don't eat pork. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I was very happy with my stay.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and it was great! Enjoyed complementary breakfast with a reasonable variety of food such as yogurt, eggs, bread, and pastries. The location was quite convenient, just a few minutes’ drive from the main road, yet nestled in a quiet area away from all the noise. We loved that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful and pleasant xmas stay.

While the hotel had a free shuttle listed among its facilities, which we expected to use to get to the airport, it was not available during the xmas period. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand, so we had to take a cab.

During my recent stay here, I was impressed by the location in a nice neighborhood and close proximity to a large shopping center with numerous places to eat. The service was top-notch, especially the housekeeping and laundry services. Additionally, the airport shuttle is free and prompt, which made my travels stress-free. The room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and sitting area made me feel right at home. Having free Wi-Fi in the room and free toiletries were added bonuses that I appreciated.

This venue is highly recommended for families.
