The early check-in was a nice bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved the complimentary tea and coffee service in the mornings, as well as the unexpected wine tastings in the afternoons. a fantastic hotel with great amenities and a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city street and harbor. The French pressed coffee delivered to our room every morning was a delightful touch. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, helping my brother when he fell and even standing in the rain to help us get a taxi. The location of the hotel was perfect, with great restaurants within walking distance.

The outdated furniture and carpet also detracted from the overall experience. The noise from the air conditioning forced us to turn it off, impacting our comfort.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, and the amenities in the room were impressive, including USB ports, a large wardrobe, and a comfortable bed. The hotel's collaboration with the Art gallery added a unique touch to my stay, and the breakfast at the nearby Cora's was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this place was perfect for both shopping and sightseeing, with Stanley Park and the Waterfront within easy walking distance. I felt completely safe and comfortable in this neighborhood, which was a definite plus.

We absolutely loved staying at this venue! It was right in the heart of everything and made it easy for us to walk to all the attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel décor was beautiful and featured incredible indigenous art. We couldn't stop raving about the comfy bed and generous bath products! We also appreciated the little touches like the natural eco-friendly amenities and the still/sparkling water taps on each floor!
