I absolutely loved the natural surroundings at this hotel. The lush greenery and serene gardens provided the perfect atmosphere for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in downtown Toronto. The location was perfect, situated right at the center of town but on a relatively quiet street. It was also conveniently located right across the street from the convention center, making it ideal for business travelers like myself. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff providing excellent customer service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a club lounge and a spa where I received a fantastic treatment from a highly-skilled therapist.

There was one issue that left a sour taste in my mouth - the hotel had some billing discrepancies which resulted in unexpected charges on my credit card.

Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a luxurious corner suite. The lake view from my room was breathtaking. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome by the door attendants to the exceptional service provided by Jordi at the front desk, I felt well taken care of. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. I also enjoyed the Club Lounge access, which offered a variety of delicious and healthy food options. The location of this hotel was convenient, with easy access to the CN Tower and Union Station area.

The staff is phenomenal and genuinely caring, especially for those with physical handicaps. Warm and efficient door attendants. Jordi at the front desk was exceptional.

the exclusive amenities were exceptional and my every need was fulfilled. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, offering an array of treatments that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were all impeccably clean and well, maintained. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant provided exquisite dinner options. the location advantages were impressive, offering stunning views and proximity to popular city landmarks.

While the facilities were exceptional, the service was not as efficient as I had hoped.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The living room wasn't as big as expected, but still decent. Room number was 1714.

The hotel had great customer service and was accommodating to special requests. The location was convenient, with attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel had excellent spa facilities, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel lacked a true 5-star experience. Check-in process was not up to par, and the upgrade request was not automatically granted.

We stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful experience. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, offering complimentary drinks upon arrival and a delicious breakfast every morning. the location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping. the room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations from the concierge.

Although we loved our stay overall, we felt that the prices were a bit high for some of the amenities. the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

the room at the Ritz-Carlton was spacious, well-appointed, and spotless. We were on the 16th floor and had a breathtaking view of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. the housekeeping staff did a great job with providing clean towels and bottled water every day. the breakfast options were excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold choices available from the buffet or a la carte.
