The location was superb with name brand shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The area felt very safe and there was a supermarket just a few steps away. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, as well as fruits, and the coffee was served at the table. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt fresh.

Being able to easily access taxis also made getting around the city convenient.

The hotel had charming and comfortable rooms, with large showers for Italian standards, which was a nice surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was excellent, with lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. There was even a gourmet grocery store just down the street and a fabulous gelato shop around the corner.

Certain facilities like laundry and room service were not available during our stay in August. Additionally, the breakfast selection had too many pastries and not enough hot options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a very nice area close to everything and on the beautiful Bay of Naples. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, assisting us with arranging a taxi and even offering to go breakfast since we had an early departure. The tranquility and quietness of the hotel, despite being centrally located, was a pleasant surprise.
