We had a fantastic stay with excellent facilities, a great location, and friendly staff. The hotel provided an extensive and delicious breakfast to start our day. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. We also appreciated the various hotel facilities, including the multiple pools and pool bar, which made for a fun and relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated within walking distance to the lively Bangla Road, vibrant street markets, and beautiful Patong Beach. We felt safe and were able to explore the area without the need for taxis.

A lovely little oasis close to the beach and shops. Great ambience, large comfortable room, fantastic breakfasts and two lovely pools. Perfect hotel for couples seeking a quiet and relaxing hotel to chill out and relax. Massive comfortable room, an incredibly large balcony with a daybed, overlooking one of the two beautiful pools. The attentiveness of the Hotel staff and the consideration shown to ensure that our stay, as well as our departure, was comfortable. Very few Hotels give you anything for free, but the Wi-Fi, the daily replenishing of the complimentary Mini-Bar items, and access to the Hotel facilities and baggage storage even after checking out was highly appreciated - and extremely helpful prior to a midnight flight to depart.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, with everything just a short walk away. Guests can easily access Patong beach, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants in the busy area. The rooms are nicely decorated and come equipped with a mini bar and comfortable bedding. The hotel staff are very accommodating and provide excellent service. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and serves delicious food. The pool, although small, is clean and well-maintained. There is also a spa on site.

The hotel lacks a fitness area.

Great service and amenities, including welcome drink, beach bag with towels and mat, and stocked mini bar. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning is not directed towards the bed. Direct pool access is available in some rooms and the breakfast buffet offers a large selection of food.

I recently stayed at the Burasari Hotel for a short trip with my housemates. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were spacious compared to others in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and our stay exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the two swimming pools were a great addition. a wonderful choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is great value for money with a resort-like feel right from the entrance. The rooms are spacious with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The location is superb, situated in a busy area of Patong close to the beautiful Patong Beach. Moreover, the breakfast has rotating daily selections, catering to all nationalities and vegetarians.

Spacious room, wraparound balcony, outdoor tub with jets. Complimentary minibar and amazing breakfast. Stone’s throw from beach and short walk to restaurants and shopping. Quiet rooms with no traffic noise. Nice to be separate from pool and pool bar. Huge beds. Clean room. Great for couples and families. Lots to offer.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel close to the beach with superb resort-like facilities. The moment I entered this place, I was embraced by a feeling of luxury and comfort. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the day-bed outside was an added perk. I thoroughly enjoyed the free minibar and the breakfast spread was great with enough food to satiate me throughout the day. The service was top-notch with staff who were attentive and friendly. I was thoroughly impressed with the location of this hotel, as it was within short walking distances to all the activities in the Patong beach area.

Although there was a little noise from a room next to the pool bar, I have no complaints about this place.

We loved our pool access room and the swim up bar. The breakfast had a good selection and the vegan corner was appreciated. The Thai buffet dinner was wonderful and the atmosphere was beautiful. We appreciated the manager's handling of our delayed check-in. we would recommend Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach, and it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the vibrant Bangla road. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including an Irish sports bar and Hooters. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered us a late check-out without any hassle. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed provided, from the comfortable sitting area to the in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing spa and wellness center. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families as well.

I had a fantastic honeymoon at the Burasari! The staff were friendly and funny, making us feel well taken care of throughout our 10-day stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and we loved having pool access. The only drawback was that the bed was a bit too hard for our liking, resulting in some morning soreness. However, Ricky Zen's amazing tunes made up for it. I highly recommend the Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa for a memorable honeymoon experience.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Phuket with a pool access room. Initially, I was given a noisy room near the lobby, but the staff were happy to accommodate my request for a different room. the new room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony bed that made it very romantic. the hotel also provided a beach basket with towels and a mat for us to use. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach. the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with a complimentary piece of cake in our room. the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of food options. I love the Burasari and this was my second stay there.

This place is amazing! It is located just a stone's throw away from the beach and all the fun activities in the area. I love how it is so close to the bars and street food, yet it still manages to be a tranquil oasis. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service here is second to none and the staff were highly professional. The room was modern and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, from Thai to European cuisine, and the quality of the food was excellent. my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

The only downside I would say is that there could be more frequent clean-up patrols around the pool area to clear the empty cans and glasses, as well as the sunbeds that are sometimes covered in fallen leaves or dust. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at this venue.
