The facilities were modern and comfortable, perfect for a large group like ours. We were thrilled to find a first-floor bedroom and bathroom for my elderly mother, who uses a wheelchair. The customer service was exceptional, with quick and pleasant responses to our questions. The well-stocked kitchen and cold/hot water dispenser were great conveniences. We also appreciated the outdoor amenities, such as the fire pit, beautiful beach, and outdoor shower. Plus, the property's proximity to supermarkets and Niagara Falls was a major advantage.

This made it difficult to fully enjoy our time at the beach. the lack of air conditioning was quite uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.

The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and a short distance from Niagara Falls.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The absence of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep in 30-degree weather.

The absence of air conditioning made sleeping in the warm weather quite uncomfortable. the lack of grab bars in the showers and the need for more shelving and hanging hooks in the bathroom were inconveniences.

We had a negative experience with the owner of the hotel. Another downside was the lack of air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the 30 degree weather.
