I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and featured a convenient work station. Whenever I needed anything, the hotel staff was quick to respond and fulfill my requests. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location in the center of this city made it easy for me to explore many main attractions in the historic center. I also appreciated the proximity to banks as I needed to do some banking during my stay.

Great location in the heart of the city. The staff was helpful in answering all our questions, even with our limited Spanish. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Despite being in a busy area, we were not disturbed by outside noise at all. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center. It is within walking distance to popular landmarks, metro stations, and various stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with helpful amenities such as a work station and air-conditioning. Sanitizing stations are readily available throughout the hotel.

There is some noise from the street and nearby establishments that can be heard in the rooms at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Being right within the plaza, I was able to easily explore the city and enjoy the sightseeing without any hassle. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, storing our bags before check-in and after check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge, plush bed that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel was impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the delicious homemade breakfast that was served every morning. It was truly a fantastic stay.

Everything was superb, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a great sleep. The shower was also very nice and offered a refreshing and invigorating start to the day. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to all the city's main attractions. there were complementary amenities that added extra value to our stay.

There was a slight issue with an unpleasant smell during the night, which affected my partner's sleep. While we reported it to staff, there was no resolution during our stay.
