We had a fantastic stay in this hotel near the waterfront. The room was modern and clean, with a great view of the river. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Windsor was fantastic. The location is centrally located with easy access to main roads and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the river. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was a great bonus. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered was pretty good, considering. The location of the hotel was prime, with easy access to downtown businesses and a beautiful view of the river.

The initial contact with the staff was not pleasant, as they seemed confused and gave conflicting information. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty mirrors, stained carpeting, and even a used coffee bag left in the coffee maker.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and attentive. Although there was only one working elevator during my stay, I'm sure it has been fixed by now.
