The outside swimming pool was large and had shady cloisters with hammocks, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The outside cafe near the pool served fresh cappuccino, and there was live music and phenomenal views of Jerusalem from the terraces.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The big screen LED TV was a plus, and the window had a great blind curtain that blocked out the sunlight completely. The bathroom was well-furnished and had excellent lighting. The indoor swimming pool was adequate and the Turkish Hammam and Jacuzzi were nice additions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major sites in the city.

The hotel offers great leisure facilities such as a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, perfect for relaxing before and after work. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased with the excellent and fresh range of food options available for breakfast. The spacious bedrooms with proper desks were ideal for getting work done. Additionally, the hotel has plenty of parking and easy access to the main road, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed mingling with the diverse and interesting range of guests. Furthermore, the hotel offers a great view of the city and is close to a beautiful park and overlook on Mt Scopus, which is within walking distance.

The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the amazing food at the hotel's restaurants. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations. The comfortable accommodations provided a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff here provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the attentive housekeeping team. The hotel had beautiful views of the city and the buffet served was excellent. We enjoyed the spacious public areas, which were dramatic and had multiple floors. the rooms, although a bit dated, were still comfortable. the location of the hotel was great and offered easy access to various tourist sites.

The staff was not particularly helpful and didn't provide a warm welcome. We had to argue for an extra towel at the spa, and there was a lack of service in the dining room, which upset our guests.
