I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and overall experience. The location was perfect, just a short shuttle ride from Terminal 3, which made it very convenient for my early flight. The hotel itself had a classy decor and the rooms were absolutely palatial. I was especially impressed by the outstanding room-service burger, it passed the litmus test for any business hotel. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service I received from Joseph during breakfast. His attentive and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of items, including 50-75 different options. The evening bar was lively, attracting many jet-lagged guests. The hotel provided complementary transportation from the airport, which only took 5-10 minutes by coach. a great place to stay.

The staff provided exceptional customer service and even upgraded my room, eliminating any concerns or issues I may have had.

The room was huge, clean, and had a bed big enough for 3 to 4 people. The location of the hotel, near the airport, was very convenient. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, particularly Violet Zhang, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge manager, Candy Han, took the time to ask for suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. While there were a few minor suggestions for the lounge, overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our midnight arrival and departure. We were thoroughly impressed by the grandeur and graciousness of the property, as well as its cleanliness and upkeep. The Hilton Beijing Capital Airport truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to other travelers. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely choose it again for future trips.

The room was excellent - clean, well-facilitated, and with a great bathroom. The 360 Degrees restaurant served excellent food. The hotel's beauty and the extremely friendly and helpful staff added to the overall experience. The location next to Beijing terminal 3 and the free shuttle service were also great perks.

Loved the full-size bath next to the window with bath salt provided. Enjoyed a luxury bathing experience watching airport lights until sunrise. Grand breakfast with endless choices, including extensive healthy options.

The free shuttle bus service, available every 20 minutes, made it extremely easy to reach the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. I also appreciated the beautiful art crafts displayed throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a diverse range of options, and the Chinese Restaurant had a wonderful menu. my stay was pleasant and convenient.
