I just stayed at a lovely hotel with a GREAT terrace and pool bar near the corniche. Rooms are clean and cozy! I'd go back, but the breakfast is better in photos.

However, improvements could be made regarding the miscommunication about the breakfast inclusion for the number of guests in the room.

I chose this hotel for a work trip and found it ideal for business visitors. The 24-hour business centre, free uncapped WiFi, and on-site event spaces, along with complimentary valet parking, ensured a seamless work experience in a contemporary setting.

The one service I missed for work was the availability of an in-room ironing facility, which would have been convenient for ensuring a professional appearance during business engagements.

The front office staff, particularly Mr BAYAZID and Ms. Paula, were so helpful in fixing our room issue swiftly - it was great the manager stepped in! The room was really spacious and comfortable, love that they are close to shops and dining options - super convenient. The rooftop pool and sauna were super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring 😌. The only bummer was some noisy maintenance, but they offered a solution right away, so it didn't spoil the overall fabulous stay.

I always return for a romantic escape. Initially, the staff kindly assisted with late check-out. The place suits me perfectly—Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, indoor swimming and rooftop pool, sauna, express check-in/out. No regrets!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel near the Center of Abu Dhabi, however not at walking distance from city attractions and restaurants. The staff is very kind, rooms are clean, and excursions are offered. Breakfast is fantastic, and you can enjoy a drink until late in the hotel bars. relaxation facilities like the sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool enhanced our enjoyment, and being close to landmarks like Warehouse421 and Al Maryah Island made our family bonding experience memorable.

I recently stayed at Southern Sun for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of my stay was the incredible iftar meal on the M3 floor - the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. The hotel also boasts a stunning shisha lounge and a British bar, providing plenty of entertainment options. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the pool was a great place to relax.

Enjoyed my stay at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi! Manager Mohammed was kind. Good location, spacious room, and good rates. Cons: Pool not heated, some gym equipment out of order. Friendly staff, excellent service. Highly recommended for long stays.

The hotel's cozy decor gives a sense of warmth and comfort, making it easy for us senior folks to relax and feel at home. The general areas are well-maintained, and the hotel's accessibility for senior people is excellent, with easy navigation and comfortable seating throughout. It's just wonderful to see the children of the staff always ready to assist us with a warm smile and kind words.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the aircon controllers were less temperamental.

Meals were consistently tasty with a nice variety each day. We found the underground parking to be very convenient, and both the check-in and check-out processes were super fast. the manager was open to feedback and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Margot's exceptional service allowed us to continue using the gym and pool even after we checked out. the safety measures, including ID checks, added an extra layer of security. the hotel's location, close to a convenience store and taxis, was also a major plus. Lastly, the secure parking for our car was greatly appreciated.

southern sun exceeded our expectations during this romantic weekend. the staff were kind and efficient, the food was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. we especially loved the rooftop pool and the fruits we received in the room upon arrival.

I recently stayed at Southern Sun for a weekend trip. The personnel were incredibly polite and accommodating. The standard room was spacious, with a work-zone, couch, and a big, fluffy bed. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options and the option to make fresh orange juice. The restaurant near the lobby was stylish and cozy. The highlight was the amazing leisure zone on the top of the hotel, with a beautiful swimming pool and stunning views. it's a great place for a weekend getaway.
