My stay at the Waterfront Hotel Downtown was enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. Although the pool was closed during my visit, the staff was accommodating and provided options for alternative activities. I would recommend this hotel.

As business travelers, we appreciated the warm welcome and local travel information. The hotel's waterfront location was not too noisy, and the nearby restaurants were convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even offering their parking spot when the lot was full.

I recently stayed at Waterfront Hotel Downtown for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, allowing me to be close to the lake and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The staff, especially Shane, were outstanding and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cozy room, great pool and exercise room overlooking the lake, and the beautiful waterfront with a sandy beach were all highlights of my stay. The hotel also provided ample breakfast options and free daily newspapers. Highly recommend!

I recently had a delightful stay at Waterfront Hotel Downtown in Burlington. My husband and I decided to take a last-minute night off from our everyday world, and the hotel provided the perfect escape. The location was conveniently situated right in the downtown core, within walking distance of many restaurants. We were impressed with the beautiful waterfront view from our room, which overlooked a scenic bike path. The staff at the desk, particularly Dwight, deserves special recognition for their extraordinary attitude and professionalism. They were pleasant, conversational, and patient with both guests and trainees, setting a high standard for customer service. our experience at Waterfront Hotel Downtown was exceptional.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay at Waterfront Hotel Downtown, there is one area that could use improvement. We would recommend this hotel be more mindful of noise levels, especially during events such as weddings or when the pub's patio turns into a night club.

We had a great time at this venue. The location is wonderful, right on a beautiful waterfront with an excellent pedestrian pathway that leads to a public beach. The service was impressive; the staff was helpful and gave us great customer service. The variety of amenities in the room was above our expectations, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and more.

This hotel was a great value for money with basic amenities, a comfortable bed and breakfast included which had some vegan options. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with a beautiful pedestrian pathway for nature walks.

I stayed at a hotel right in the center of downtown and it was perfect for my solo trip. The location was amazing, as it was close to everything I needed and right next to a beautiful promenade. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and the view of the water was an added bonus. The staff were all super friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was very nice with a great view, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel also had convenient facilities like accessible breakfast options and a juice and muffin station for those on the go.

There were no balconies available, which meant I had to go outside to smoke.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the lake in downtown Burlington is simply stunning, with beautiful waterfront views and an excellent pedestrian pathway that feels like a nature trail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with lovely views and cozy beds with soft linens. And the breakfast, which is included in the stay, offers a good variety of options, including some vegan choices, which is a nice touch.

Parking space can be limited, but overall, everything was fine.

We enjoyed being right on Spencer Creek park and having easy access to downtown restaurants and shops. Also, we were able to easily walk to the concert venue we came for. The room was clean and comfortable, bedding was soft and service was friendly. Furthermore, we loved having a complimentary breakfast with waffle maker station and fresh air by the beautiful lake view.

The hotel lacked windows facing the waterfront.

Had an amazing weekend! The friendly hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start. Loved the location--we were able to take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful views. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruit and daily newspapers in our room. The pool and exercise facilities were great for getting a good workout in. Having a mini fridge and microwave in our room was a bonus, and the couch with the table in the middle provided a comfortable place to enjoy in-room dining.

Not getting a channel menu after asking for one. , the view from our room was not as impressive as we hoped, but we should have specified our preference when we made the reservation.

Great waterfront location with clean rooms, strong AC, and excellent breakfast options including egg omelettes, quiche, and fresh juice. The friendly staff, especially Laura, made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
