We had a fantastic time at Arena Suite! the room was spacious with a large balcony, and all the facilities, including the pool and gym, were clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and always eager to help. We especially enjoyed Janet's excellent service at the main bar, and the entertainment provided was above average. Ali, the pool lifeguard, was also very friendly and ensured our belongings were safe. the heated pool and comfortable sun beds were a big plus. the variety of food was great, and the staff were accommodating to our dietary preferences. a very enjoyable stay!

A Pleasant Surprise

Text: I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful island destination. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who quickly checked me in and provided me with a helpful map of the area. The rooms were exactly as depicted in the pictures, bright, airy, and cool. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town and the best beaches, which made exploring the island a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the huge double bed provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. The all-inclusive food and drink options were exceptional, with a wide variety of choices that even satisfied our picky eaters. The restaurant may be small, but the quality of the food was top-notch, especially during the themed evenings. We loved the little touches like the daily bottles of water and chocolates left in our room. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy walking distance to a local shopping complex. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Had a great time on my city trip! Loved the spacious room with a big bed and the balcony view of the pools. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre and near to a shopping centre. Also, enjoyed the all-inclusive option for meals and the variety of food offered.

Some of the amenities in the room needed some maintenance as there were a few cracks and rust on the bathtub. Also, the salad bar could use some improvement in terms of variety. But overall, had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

I stayed at a hotel that was in a great location, either in the centre of town or right on the beach near the amazing dunes. It was so convenient because all we had to do was turn up at the airport and we were ready to go. The room was lovely, with a huge bed, and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a pool and a pool bar.

The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, as it only lasted for one hour.

Spacious rooms with daily cleaning, helpful staff, and ample breakfast options. Convenient location for a 30-minute walk to the city center or closer to the beach. Daily animations add fun to the stay.
