Some guests have reported noise issues from the water drainage behind the walls, which could be disruptive if the hotel was at full capacity.

The breakfast food at the hotel was delicious and the presentation was nice. The coffee was also good. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for tall people with the shower heads being at a good height. The hotel's location was convenient, close to amenities and our venue. The staff was friendly and professional, able to communicate in both French and English.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped gym. We loved the convenient location, with the tangier outlets and Cabela's right next door. It was great being directly across from the outlet mall, as it made shopping so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. the housekeeping team was pleasant and the supervisor was especially nice. the hotel's location near the outlet mall was a major convenience for shopping enthusiasts like me. the cleanliness of the room was also commendable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.

There were a few issues that affected my experience. the inconsistent continental breakfast hours were a disappointment as I ended up missing it entirely.

We recently went on a romantic escape and we loved staying here! the room was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast, which was both simple and fulfilling. the hotel was also located very close to all the great attractions in the area, making it easy for us to explore the city. we appreciated the small touches like the complimentary bottles of water in our room.

While our stay was overall very enjoyable, there were a couple of things that we didn't love so much. First and foremost, the swimming pool was quite overcrowded, making it difficult for us to relax and enjoy ourselves fully.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is close to various restaurants for breakfast and also near outlets, shows, and a mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. The pool was also a nice facility to have access to during our stay.

The hotel had poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with people standing outside guest rooms being heard all hours of the night.
