The desk lamp flickered continuously!!! Noise control outside was a disaster with loud guests taking over the parking lot!!! Check-out time is too early at 11:00 AM, a later time would accommodate better!!!

The check-in process could use improvement, as we arrived early and were not accommodated. The room was clean but lacked a chair and coffee table, and the quantity of coffee provided was insufficient. Improvements needed on the blinds for better light control, and providing real cutlery instead of disposable items would enhance the overall experience. Good for budget-conscious travelers.

The pool and hot tub provided a fantastic retreat for both adults and kids! Staff were exceptionally friendly, making our arrival feel warm and inviting.

The breakfast left much to be desired. the sausages were inedible and overall options were underwhelming. Poor soundproofing allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disrupt our peace.

we loved the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness of wingate. also, the breakfast had a solid variety, and the indoor pool was perfect for our kids. plus, it's right across from the outlet mall which was great for shopping!

Had a real nice time with the kids the pool was great for them and we all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day at the game. The breakfast was a freebie and I appreciated the quick access to the mini fridge for snacks between meals.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but it did the job for a family trip.
