As youngsters, we loved the location of the hotel. It was close enough to downtown to have easy access to shops and restaurants, but not so close that it was overly busy. The sauna was a wonderful addition to our stay, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. We even borrowed an umbrella when it was raining, which was a nice touch. The property itself was charming, with beautiful lights on the trees outside adding to the overall ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The bed was huge and super comfy, and the BBQ area was conveniently located. The hot tubs were not crowded, allowing us to enjoy a nice soak. our stay was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Lastly, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel right at home.

We had a fantastic week at Worldmark Canmore-Banff. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Banff and within walking distance to Canmore. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the BBQ grills on the terrace. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, as well as the free guest laundry. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Worldmark Canmore-Banff was truly peaceful and relaxing. Being located just 2.7km from the town centre allowed us to enjoy a serene environment while still being close enough to walk into town if desired. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including recycling bags, cleaning products for the kitchen, and even spices for cooking. The fully stocked kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We were especially impressed by the amenities for families, such as the hot tub next to the pool and the indoor hot tub and sauna. The outdoor barbecues and movie watching area added to the leisure options. The absence of Wi-Fi in the room allowed us to disconnect and unwind, while nearby walking trails offered the chance to encounter wildlife. we highly recommend this hotel for its peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and family-friendly features.

Surrounded by Rocky Mountains and nearby Banff National Park, this hotel is situated in a perfect location for nature enthusiasts. You can drive to the Banff town center within 15 minutes and access many hiking and biking trails. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. Plus, the helpful staff provides bear spray to keep you safe on the trails.

The bed linens were not the perfect fit but still comfortable to sleep on. A few electrical outlets didn't work in our room which was a minor concern.

The location was perfect, the space was great, everything was operational and convenient. The kitchen suite was well-stocked and the layout was excellent. The pool, hot tubs, and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the underground parking was a bonus. Access to walking/hiking trails was a plus.
