The room had beautiful hardwood floors which added to the overall aesthetic of the space.

I faced multiple issues during my stay that left me frustrated. The gym was mostly broken, with limited equipment available, making it essentially unusable for workouts. Additionally, I experienced problems with the breakfast variety. it stayed the same for several days, becoming monotonous and uninspiring. The furniture in the room felt worn out, especially with missing cushions, which detracted from the comfort level I expected.

I had a really nice time staying here, the breakfast was abundant and had a variety of options. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the rooms were, made me feel right at home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

The hotel could definitely benefit from updates!!! The A/C is a bit noisy, and the old carpets in rooms might not be everyone's taste. Also, it feels like the building needs some soundproofing from the street noise!!!

Great spot for a group trip! It's a quick walk to the Pedro De Valdivia Metro Station, making it easy to explore. We enjoyed our time visiting nearby parks and local restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent, keeping us fueled for the day.

However, it was quite noisy at night due to street sounds. One of our group even struggled to sleep because of the acoustics. Definitely consider a room away from the main roads if you're sensitive to noise.
