pullman santiago el bosque was even better than my previous stay in santiago. the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast had a great variety of local cuisine, and the room had a stunning view of the city and mountains.

The location is ideal, situated in a pleasant neighborhood and close to all means of transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The ambiance of this place is truly inviting and adds to the overall experience. The staff here are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the level of service provided, from the 24-hour reception to the room amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel well taken care of during my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pullman was a fantastic choice for my stay in Santiago. the room was spacious and comfortable, with incredibly comfortable beds and fresh, clean linen. the hotel staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to all tastes. the location of the hotel was perfect - in a quiet area, yet close to the subway and within walking distance of the Costanera Center and tower. there were numerous high-class restaurants within walking distance on Isidora Goyenechera.

My partner and I had a wonderful two-night stay at a hotel near restaurants and the attractions we wanted to visit. the room, although a bit small, was comfortable and quiet, meeting all our needs. One highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of high-quality options, including great coffee. the location of the hotel was also convenient, just minutes away from a main Metro station and surrounded by good bars and restaurants. the staff were friendly and the amenities, such as a laptop-safe and robes, were great. the hotel also had a fantastic pool on the 18th floor, along with very good wifi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious rooms that were well cleaned. The breakfast offered a varied selection, including delicious local dishes. The staff provided excellent service, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, with great transportation options and a selection of excellent restaurants nearby.

It is also close to sites in the city center and the famous Costanera Centre, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the Andes and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide assortment of delicious options. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service.

The bar staff could be more attentive and efficient, as they often seem to stand around chatting instead of serving customers.

The hotel had spacious and well-cleaned rooms, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including local specialties. We also appreciated the convenient location, as we were able to walk to the Costanera mall and the cable car to St. Cristobal hill.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The beds were comfy, the location was quiet and close to the metro. Plenty of good food options nearby, including a supermarket at the Costanero Centre. We also enjoyed the spacious room with two queen beds, perfect for families. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and great quality. The staff was very helpful, especially for those with physical handicaps like myself.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Financial District, so we were right in the midst of all the action. We had a blast exploring the trendy El Golf suburb, with its fancy restaurants, cool bars, and amazing shopping options. And let's not forget about the epic metro connections that made it super easy to get around the city. It was the perfect base for our adventure!

The only thing missing for us young party animals was a happening nightlife scene within the hotel itself. We would have loved a lively bar or club to party the night away without having to go far.
