The location is excellent, just 2 blocks from the Metro station, in a very safe area. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch, with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, and juices. The room is very spacious, with separate sitting area, table, fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. European style 2 prong plug adaptors are needed. Good buffet breakfast selection and the restaurant serves dinner as well. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to main avenues, the Metro station, and a shopping mall.

The neighborhood felt safe, even at night, and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast staff who made our mornings enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, satisfying our needs. The wifi worked well throughout our stay, without any interruptions. I would highly recommend 45 By Director for its great value, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in a safe and clean neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
