Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel outside Paris. Loved the spacious room that held all our shopping bags, a mini-fridge, and a comfortable bed. the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing suggestions for local cuisine and transportation. the free Wi-Fi definitely was a plus, keeping my kids entertained when we relaxed in the room. And we enjoyed the large breakfast buffet that offered a variety of options each day.

The hotel was a little too far away from all the tourist hotspots. Of course, that means it was lacking in restaurants or activities, but the nearby grocery store made it easy to snack in the room.
