The hotel's location was a major advantage, being in close proximity to all the important places for adventure activities. It was conveniently situated near the commercial center of the town and offered easy access to various attractions. Additionally, being situated in front of the beach on the lake provided breathtaking views and opportunities for relaxation.

One major drawback of the hotel was the lack of proper heating in the rooms during winter, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially with temperatures dropping below 5°C.

Enjoy Hotel in Pucon was a delight to stay at. The location was superb, with easy access to the town's restaurants and shops. I especially loved the breathtaking views of the volcano and the private beach. The comfortable king-size beds made for a great night's sleep. The high ceilings and polished floors added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, including healthy options like muesli. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the bathroom being a bit dated, my stay at Enjoy Hotel was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and charm.

Great lakefront location. Older rooms and facilities but charming common areas. Good food.

The hotel I stayed in had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding area. I was grateful to be able to soak up the beautiful scenery from the comfort of my room. the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that my accommodations were taken care of.

The building itself was quite old and in need of some updates. the rugs were worn and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work properly.
