I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in a great location. It was within walking distance to the station and surrounded by a shopping mall, chemist, family marts, and restaurants. the hotel offered laundry services, and there was also a new coin laundromat conveniently located across the road. the staff at the hotel were lovely and provided excellent old-school but brilliant service. the view of Mount Fuji from both the street and my room balcony was truly unreal.

I had a great experience at a hotel in Fujikawaguchiko. the staff at Sawa Hotel were kind and helpful, making my stay pleasant. the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I also appreciated the convenience of having a microwave on each floor. Although my room didn't have a view of Mount Fuji, the overall experience was still excellent considering the price, location, and service. I highly recommend Sawa Hotel to those who enjoy friendly staff and beautiful landscapes.

As adventure travelers, we loved the spacious room and the spectacular view of Mount Fuji from the hotel. The complimentary shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station was a great convenience.

The room was spacious with a small kitchen area and sitting area. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the shopping centre. the hotel also offered a free shuttle bus to the station, which was a nice bonus. Despite the air conditioning not providing much heat, the room was comfortable. the breakfast exceeded my expectations, it tasted much better than it looked in the pictures. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the morning shuttle service to the station. They even went above and beyond by sending me a forgotten raincoat to my next hotel. Lastly, the hotel provided free coffee and tea in the afternoon, which was a nice touch.

We stayed at Hotel Sawa for two nights - before and after attempting a. Fuji climb. Great location for this. 10 min walk to the train station, with bus access to Fuji 5th Station. We were able to forward our hiking equipment to the hotel in advance, making our trip much easier. The hotel provided a convenient pick-up service from the train station. The Hollywood room had a huge, comfortable bed and a balcony. The hotel had laundry facilities, a fridge, kettle, and snacks for sale. a pleasant stay with helpful staff and good amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, especially during the cold weather. The breakfast, though not included, was definitely worth the 500 YEN price. The location was great, with attractions like the Fujiyama onsen and Fuji-Q nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff, particularly the lady who prepared breakfast, were always polite. The shuttle service to and from the Kawaguchiko station and Fuji-Q was also much appreciated. Plus, the hotel offered train station drop off and pick up, which was very convenient. Having a microwave on each floor was a bonus, allowing us to heat up snacks at night.
