I always return for my romantic escape. Friendly staff served me a hot drink in the cold. Free parking, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a lift make it perfect. Plus, I enjoy the quiet with no pets, air conditioning, and no smoking policy.

Located directly across the train station and with stunning views of Mt. Fuji, this cozy hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway.

The traditional tatami room felt a bit cramped for four adults, with limited space to move around once the futon mattresses were laid out. Additionally, the small elevator and lack of card key access were minor inconveniences during our stay.

My recent stay at Plaza Inn Kawaguchiko was delightful. I was visiting for leisure and stayed for three nights. the location is superb, right across from the train and bus station with a view of Mount Fuji from my room. the convenience of nearby shops like Lawson and 7 Eleven was a bonus. the family-run atmosphere added a unique touch to my experience.

Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, being just across the railway station with a view of the magnificent mountain. the cleanliness of the room and facilities was impressive. Moreover, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. This hotel offered convenient parking and was close to the station and a minimart.
