We were immediately drawn to the vibrant energy of the bustling pedestrian streets surrounding the hotel. It felt like we were right in the heart of the city, with endless options for dining, shopping, and immersing ourselves in the local culture. The location truly captured the essence of Santiago, and we loved being able to explore the city highlights on foot. Additionally, the hotel bar served the BEST Pisco Sour we've ever had, adding a delightful touch to our stay.

This place is in the heart of the downtown on a pedestrian zone, making it the perfect location for exploring the city. The staff here are friendly and the service is top-notch. The room amenities are great, including heating, air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. Plus, the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of local delicacies. The swimming pool is a nice touch and the Wi-Fi is reliable. I had a fantastic stay here.

The rooms are comfortable and tidy, with a clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a wide variety of options, including fresh omelettes made to order. The hotel also boasts a brand new Spa & Gym, complete with sauna and mini-waterfalls.

The noise from the traffic can be a bit bothersome at night.

The pool was under construction during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. the gym was small and limited in equipment.
