From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a luxurious stay. The exclusive amenities this hotel offers are simply amazing. The Spa & wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi are top-notch. We had a fantastic full body massage, and the treatments were beautifully done. The spa lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the staff were attentive and professional. We loved spending time by the heated swimming pool and sun terrace, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The garden area is stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain views, and it's easy to see why this hotel is so popular with guests.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at the bar. While the drinks were good, we found the staff a bit brash and pushy, more concerned with making a profit than making us happy.

The view from the room was great, we could see the mountains and the city buildings. The breakfast had a good variety, including scrambled eggs and bacon. The spa facilities were clean and had a nice ambiance.

The noise from the streets and the guests in other rooms was unbearable at night. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.
