This hotel is in an outstanding location, with close access to the central park and within walking distance from the city centre. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms, although small, are perfectly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast served in the pleasant dining room is delicious, with freshly made juice everyday and the best homemade jams I've ever tasted.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hostel. The common areas were perfect for meeting and chatting with fellow travelers. The internal garden was a delightful oasis. Staying in a beautiful mansion added a touch of elegance to my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, being able to purchase food on-site was a convenient bonus after a long day exploring Santiago.

The only minor inconvenience was that the hostel is an old house without an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up to my room was a bit challenging. Additionally, housekeeping didn't automatically service the rooms, so it would have been nice to know if I needed to request it.

Fresh pressed juice and a nice selection of fruit - everything you could wish for!

the location is superb, with easy access to the metro station and a neighborhood full of restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, and the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. They even offered an early breakfast for those who needed to leave early. the atmosphere was welcoming, and I especially appreciated the option to pay in dollars to avoid the 19% tax. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever return to the area.

We highly recommend staying here!
