The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the open log fire in the common area, creating a cosy atmosphere.

That the air conditioner in our room started leaking, making sleeping conditions uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at a lodge in Jasper. The cabin I stayed in was brand new and incredibly comfortable. The design and decor were perfect, and the view from my window was simply spectacular. In the mornings, I was greeted by elk right outside my window. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable, and the staff did a wonderful job of keeping it in top condition. The hotel facilities, including the fireplace and kitchenette, were great options to have, although I didn't get a chance to use them. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff and some of the reception and restaurant staff. The bagged breakfast that was included was a thoughtful touch and was delivered to my cabin each morning.
