Stayed at Boutique Casa Werner and had a delightful experience. the spacious German Colonial-era home preserved its historical charm. the staff was attentive and spoke excellent English. the rooms were well-furnished and impeccably cleaned. the homemade meals, including delicious pastries, were a highlight. the garden and hot tub added to the peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place for a romantic getaway and as a base for exploring the area. Wildlife sightings and beautiful surroundings made it even more special. Highly recommended.

I stayed at a hotel near a small lake with a beautiful garden. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and a variety of options. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning view of the pond. The hotel also had a restaurant that served meals throughout the day.

The WiFi was slow.

Celebrating New Year's Eve was a blast, we got two complimentary drinks and midnight snacks. the hotel was well-decorated for the occasion, and the view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the water and trees. the hot tub outside was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel's location was not what we expected. It was far from the town and the lake, so we had to take a taxi all the time, which got really expensive.

We had an amazing stay at Boutique Casa Werner. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is a beautifully maintained wooden Chilean house with stunning gardens and a view of the lake. We were impressed by the level of service and enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available all day. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was of exceptional quality and better value than other restaurants we visited in the area. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was impressed by the luxurious amenities available. the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive facilities such as a private terrace and an elegant bathroom. the garden area was enchanting and provided a peaceful escape. the service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and helpful, fulfilling every need. the restaurant's special diet menus were astonishingly delicious.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the Wi, Fi connection, which was sometimes unstable. this did not detract from the overall experience.
