Croissants excellent! Attentive waitstaff. Good bed, but soft pillow. Special dietary requests followed. Run by kind lady and waiter. Can't wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a comfortable room and nice linens. The lobby was inviting and the reception staff were very friendly. The included breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel also had a small pool and workout room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely swimming pool area with plenty of seating options. Excellent breakfast buffet and competitively priced restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, including Carlos at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us. Good restaurant service. Spacious bed and bathroom. Great location near bus and train stations. English-speaking staff member at reception.

The hotel was conveniently located and had a great view from our room. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, especially at the restaurant, where the waiters and waitresses were attentive and friendly. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, including delicious croissants. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the outdoor pool, despite the slight overcrowding.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with the receptionists overwhelmed by multiple guests.

The hotel offers a stunning view of the mountains and its park is great. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Plus, the restaurant in the hotel served amazing food that was perfect after a long day of traveling. The room was comfortable, functional, and relaxing.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by a few things, including poor internet connection and the tap and soap support in the bath which were inconvenient. the gym only had three equipment and the pool was not taken care of very well.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, helpful tour support, superb food, English-speaking front desk staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of shopping, cafes, and grocery stores. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The Wi-Fi was strong, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a nice variety of options. Additionally, the swimming pool area was lovely with different seating options available.
