We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is sensational, allowing us to see the best of the park. It is fantastic, right at the start of the main Torres base camp trail and other trails as well. The staff were friendly and reliable, always there to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast in the bar area was excellent, and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere. We were also impressed with the various amenities offered, such as room service, bicycle hire, and laundry service. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable experience.

The hotel's location just below the famous Torres and on the main hiking trails was perfect for exploring the Torres del Paine national park. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was clean, neat, and surprisingly warm. The hotel facilities were well-decorated, cozy, and luxurious. The location was perfect, being close to the starting point of the trekking trail to the base of the famous Torres del Paine. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation, making it easy to explore the stunning scenery of this remote location. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We had an exceptional stay at Las Torres for two primary reasons: the staff and the bar. First, the staff went above and beyond to help us resolve a major problem. We hiked the W from Refugio Grey to Las Torres hotel and had paid for Hotel Lago Grey to transfer our luggage to Las Torres. Instead of bringing our luggage to Las Torres, however, the idiots at Lago Grey left our luggage at the visitor station of the national park. It took several hours and numerous phone calls to actually figure this out. When the staff at Las Torres did finally get to the bottom of it, they rushed to the visitor's station on our behalf - free of charge - to find out luggage, which thankfully had not been stolen or misplaced. We really appreciated their professionalism, concern and kindness in helping us resolve Hotel Lago Grey's sloppiness and stupidity.

After trekking the W, we decided to splurge and spend a night here. Pricey but worth it after a long hike and foul weather. Hot shower with massage-level water pressure, comfy bed, and plenty of space in the room to dry our wet gear. The bar food was one of the best meals we had all trip. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious traditional soup, amazing wine, and live music. Staff spoke good English and went out of their way to be helpful. Phenomenal breakfast, too!

The hotel is located in a remote and stunning area, surrounded by majestic scenery. the organized excursions were a highlight, especially the base hike with a passionate guide. the surprise treats and snacks provided on each excursion were a nice touch and allowed for socializing with other guests.

The room could have been better and had some issues with lighting in the bathroom. the WiFi was limited to one device per person and changing devices was a hassle.

Clean and comfortable room with mountain view. Excellent breakfast and good lively atmosphere in bar area. Staff friendly and helpful. Well placed for Base Torres trek.
